The Groop Helps FOCUS Translate Real World Training into an Online Experience

The Groop, the Los Angeles based digital agency known for creative and innovative user experience design, announces today the launch of FOCUSProject.org and the upcoming launch of FOCUS World in the Fall. The project consists of developing an online home for FOCUS and translating their training program into an effective, online interactive experience.
FOCUS (Families OverComing Under Stress) provides a resiliency training program designed to help military families learn practical skills to meet the challenges of deployment as well as create a happier, healthier family life. The FOCUS project was initiated by the Navy’s Bureau of Medicine and Surgery and is also available to Army and Air Force families through support from the Department of Defense Office and Family Policy.
The Groop has committed to help FOCUS provide their valuable resources on a unique, online digital platform. With the launch of FOCUSProject.org, military families have the opportunity to discover what the program has to offer. FOCUS World, coming in the Fall, will be an interactive, digital world where parents, spouses and children will be able to explore, play games, learn from exercises and use tools to track and set goals for their family. The Groop focused on understanding the needs of the families to ensure that the site effectively addresses them.
