The Story
PopBandit is a start-up company that provides Gen-Y shoppers with a place to find and share the latest products they love. PB came to THE_GROOP to develop an identity, brand strategy, and user interface design. The challenge was to create an identity system that would resonate with Gen-Y consumers and that didn't turn them off to the idea of shopping and connecting with others online.
The Results
In order to identify PopBandit's target audience, we conducted on-the-street interviews to show stakeholders who their users were and what they wanted from the site. The resulting identity for PopBandit successfully captured the brand's mission.
By providing stakeholders with valuable information about their target audience, we were able to provide an experience that helped meet the user's needs quickly and effectively.
PopBandit was delighted with the overall approach and insight we provided towards this project.
